Every year from June 1st to 30th, ParticipACTION searches for Canada’s most active community, encouraging us to get up and start moving.The YMCA, along with local municipal facilities and community centres, are taking part in the challenge - and you can be a part of it too!
Not sure where to start? Schedule a fitness meetup with friends, take a class or drop in for your daily workout. We’ll be here to keep track of your progress so we can win together!
Don’t like working out in a traditional facility? Y@HOME is offering a virtual fitness challenge with options for beginners and experts. Try a new workout everyday and be sure to track your progress online! Participants who take part in the virtual challenge will also get a 1-month free membership to Y@HOME+, featuring exclusive on demand fitness videos, workout and meal plans, and live classes.

Robert Lee YMCA Steam Room Renovations
When completing demolition work, our construction team encountered an unforeseen issue with the concrete substrate and base that required additional time and resources. This caused an unforeseen delay impacting our timeline for completion.
We share in your excitement about getting our steam rooms working again and will continue to update you in our monthly newsletters.

Hours of Operation
Monday to Friday: 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Saturday, Sunday and Holidays: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Health & Safety
We have also updated our health and safety policy, as well as our code of conduct. Please read through them before your visit to ensure everyone is safe and healthy at the Y.

Aquatics and Swim Lessons
Our pool is open for lane swimming and open swim. The hot tub is also open during pool hours. Swim lesson registrations are closed for Spring 2024. Summer registration will open on July 1st.
Child, Youth and Family Programming
Our Family Development Centre, located on the fifth floor, is open for family programming. Visit our membership desk for more information or register in advance online.
