Ages 16+

This class focuses on core strengthening and muscle endurance that support the spine. Participants may utilize various equipment including BOSUs®, hand weights, resistance bands and more.

What is a BOSU® you ask? It's that great little piece of equipment that looks like half of an exercise ball that sits flat on the floor.  You'll love the benefits this class provides, including help to align the spine and strengthen weak back muscles which are often the cause of many aches and pains.
