Pure Step uses an adjustable, non-slip platform step for a full-body, top calorie-burning class. You can easily adapt the step height to your fitness level. Plus it's easy on your joints and so much fun you won't even realize you're exercising!
Choose a lower step height if you are a beginner or are recovering from an injury. Raising the step height increases the challenge of each movement as your body strengthens and your fitness level increases.
