As the temperatures rise, we get closer and closer to the sunshine and summer fun. No matter what time of the year, understanding the signs and symptoms of a stroke can genuinely save a life. 

Thanks to our friends at the Canadian Cancer Society, there are great resources to learn about what you could be looking out for when it comes to heart health. FAST is an effective way to spot a stroke, and there are many Canadians who are living proof of the positive impact of being educated. Wondering what FAST is?
