Spring is here and now is your chance to get outside, take a deep breath, get active and support a great cause!

The YMCA Walk of Life is an annual 5 km, 3 km and 1 km family fun walk in support of cardiac health and rehabilitation. Join us for this fun community event and help create awareness about cardiovascular health! Funds raised ensure everyone has access to important programs like YMCA Healthy Heart  regardless of their ability to pay.

Enhancing your health while living with a heart condition or cardiovascular disease is much easier with a little help. YMCA Healthy Heart is a community-based cardiac prevention, rehabilitation and maintenance program that supports people living with cardiac risk through education and supervised exercise. Offered in communities throughout the Lower Mainland, this program has been helping people live longer and improve their quality of life since 1976.

Want to join in on the fun and help people have healthy hearts?
