    Whether you are an experienced long-distance runner, or about to run your first big course, as race day approaches you may be thinking “Am I ready? Can I do this?” If you’ve put in the time (and kilometers) training, stay confident in your ability. Mental strength is as important as physical endurance so practice calming your nerves and refocusing your thoughts during your training runs.
