Bio: Matt has always enjoyed staying active. While participating in many sports throughout his life, Matt learned the importance of physical activity for both physical and mental health. He has been continuing his education in the field of Kinesiology to further enhance his knowledge in the field of health and fitness. His goal is to not only improve the health of his clients but also give them the knowledge that is required to train properly and efficiently.
