The entire pool is a available for lane swimming. 

Swimming is a healthy, low impact workout that can be done for a lifetime. Swimming builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness. Swim lanes are available for all swim abilities and ages. Choose a lane that is best suited to your pace and you’ll soon be on your way to healthier mind and body.

Children under 8 years of age must be accompanied (within arm’s reach at all times) by a responsible person at least 16 years of age.
