Children under 8 years of age must be accompanied (within arm’s reach at all times) by a responsible person at least 16 years of age.
Use YMCA Open Swim times to improve your cardio fitness and muscle tone, or to just have some fun in the water! All sessions are supervised by a National Lifeguard® certified lifeguard.
Available at no cost to YMCA members, open swim sessions are unstructured and allow time to play and workout at your own pace. Community members can also access YMCA facilities for Open Swim through the purchase of YMCA day passes.
