Various ages

The pool will have one to three lanes dedicated for swimming. Additional aquatic activities will be occuring in other areas of the pool. 

Swimming is a healthy workout that can be done for a lifetime. It is a low-impact activity that benefits both the mind and the body. Swimming builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness. During partial lane swimming, people of all swim abilities and ages are welcome. Choose a lane that is best suited to your pace and you’ll soon be on your way to a healthier you.

Children under 8 years of age must be accompanied (within arm’s reach at all times) by a responsible person at least 16 years of age.
