Ages 16+

This course is designed to certify people to lead group fitness classes that are held in the water—shallow, deep and other variations. Basic theory, group fundamentals are integrated with specific fitness theory and practice teaching opportunities. Prerequisites: recommend 50 hours of aqua fitness classes and 16+ years and CPR C at the time of certification.
