Parents/caregivers of children ages 0-12 months
There sure is a lot going on during baby’s first year. This parent-infant drop-in program looks at various health and development topics related to children ages 0-12 months and is presented by Fraser Health Public Health Nurses and other child/healthcare professionals.
Hour long sessions are free to attend and cover topics such as breastfeeding, nutrition, postpartum fitness, financial planning, child development and more. Bring a blanket for your little one to lie on…or for tummy time!
