One of the great things about muscles is their memory—they even remember before baby! Join us for a healthy, fun and gentle yoga class specially adapted for moms and babies to participate in together. Promoting a healthy postpartum recovery through breath, movement, and interaction with other new moms, exercises focus on strengthening and stretching muscles used in delivery.
This drop in class style is flexible to encourage tending to your baby’s needs. Bring your mat and don’t forget that diaper bag! Children ages 5 and under may attend.
