This ballet inspired class uses the barre and other lightweight equipment such as bands and small balls to help you with balance, stability, strength and coordination. No dance experience required!
This is an energizing class that integrates the ballet barre, weighted balls, resistance bands and other equipment to provide a full body stretch and strength workout – with a dance-like approach. The focus is on form and precision while performing isometric movements and emphasizing basic alignment, foundation, specific muscles actions and deep stretching.
