Ages 16+

This high energy class uses alternating bursts of high and low intensity exercises providing an efficient interval workout.  Utilizing segments of cardio, muscle conditioning and flexibility, you will get plenty of unique exercises to work your entire body.

Interval training is a great way to build your cardiovascular strength while pushing yourself so you can reach your fitness goals. To keep you on your toes, our instructors might also use agility, balance and coordination exercises an a variey of equipment.  Come see for yourself!
