Get a great cardio workout while dancing to popular music and having a whole lot of fun! You'll sweat, groove and most importantly, move as you learn new choreography and practice regular routines.
Cardio dance is also a great way for participants to improve coordination and memory as the instructor pairs together and repeats simple yet inspiring choreography blocks, some original and some from popular pop-culture dance routines! All levels welcome, the only requirement is loving to dance!
