Increase your strength and flexibility while burning calories! You'll have fun in this high-intensity workout consisting of jabs and roundhouse kicks designed to work your entire body.

If you haven't tried kickboxing, it's a fun way to workout, using explosive cardio and strength movements in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Plus, it's a great way to relieve stress!
