You don't need to have any yoga experience to enjoy the benefits of prenatal yoga. It's a supportive and nurturing class where you will learn gentle postures designed specifically for expectant mothers. Guided relaxation and breath awareness techniques will leave you feeling strong, relaxed and more connected to yourself and your baby.
