Test yourself in this gym workout! You will do a variety of cardio and muscle conditioning exercises as you move from station to station in this total body workout. Stations utilize equipment and body weight.

Even if you are new to our equipment, this class is a great way to learn new exercises and perfect your form so you achieve maximum benefit with every movement. Each station allows you to adjust the weight or modify the movements so it suits your fitness level.
