Ages 16+

This style of yoga is more intense, similar to Ashtanga and some Vinyasa. You will focus on strength and endurance, as well as flexibility and relaxation. Classes end with Savasana -- a period of relaxation.

Designed for a more athletic and higher impact style of yoga, your heart rate and blood flow will be increased through a variety intense poses paired together to challenge your strength and flexibility.
