This class combines running, indoor cycling, core strength & stretch moves which boosts overall fitness and helps you prepare for your first or 50th triathlon!

Whether your are training specifically for a triathlon or simply enjoy a variety of exercises and sports, Tri-Fit is a great way to challenge yourself and work multiple muscle groups all in one class.
