A challenging class open to all levels. Vinyasa emphasizes the development of strength, flexibility, balance and grace through postures linked by the synchronization of the breath with movement.

Develop and root your core muscles through a variety of breath techniques designed to leave you feeling calm, relaxed and centred. While finding increased stability and strength, you can reduce stress and an increased sense of well being.
