NOTE: All practices and games for the league take place at various schools throughout Surrey and Delta. Due to the unpredictability of winter weather and conditions, cancellations may occur at the discretion of the Surrey School District to ensure safety for all participants traveling to and from basketball practices and games.
Registration: Surrey & Fraser Valley
Fees include practices, games and a jersey (yours to keep!). Financial assistance is available; please contact us to learn more.
Participants register for a zone and are placed on a team within that zone. In the event that there are not enough players or coaches for a particular zone, we will offer a spot in another zone or issue a refund. A team can only run with two volunteer coaches in place. Please consider volunteering if you have a passion helping children and youth develop in a positive environment.

Volunteer Instructors Needed!
We are looking forward to another Fall/Winter 2019/2020 season. Join us and make a difference for children and youth through sports and recreation. All volunteers receive training free of charge — including manuals and resources provided by the Coaching Association of Canada in collaboration with Canada Basketball. Volunteers will also be provided opportunities for professional development in physical education and/or coaching through the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP).
We need your help! Email sportsleagues@gv.ymca.ca or visit our web page to learn more about volunteering with the YMCA Youth Basketball League today!
