The YMCA Mental Wellness programs support teens and young adults (13-30yrs) experiencing stress, worry, low mood, and mild-moderate anxiety and/or depression. The goal is to connect young people through psychoeducational workshops, a support group under the leadership of Masters in Counselling graduates while using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy principles. Many participants foster connection and relationship-building through a group-based format. The following programs are free of charge, scroll down to find one near you!
