This aerobics class in shallow water is a fun, safe and effective way to tone muscles, burn calories and keep fit without stressing your joints! It’s perfect if you are new to aquafit. All levels welcome.

Our YMCA swim instructor knows how to create a fun, stimulating environment for you and your little one, encouraging bonding and skill development in the water.
Let our trained staff watch your kids so you can take care of yourself. YMCA Childminding is available for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years so you are able to participate in a fitness class, go for a swim or meet friends in the facility.

It’s easier to learn when you’re having fun! Kids get creative and explore through a variety of activities that help them develop fine motor skills and hand eye coordination. Activities include puzzle games, cooperative games, circle time and much more.
