  • Open Swim will be from 10:00am-1:45pm
  • Partial Lane Swim will be from 10:00am-1:45pm
  • Please also note there may be loud whistle blasts from 9:00am - 2:00pm

    Master Swim workouts are led by our trained coaches and aim to improve technique, endurance, efficiency and overall fitness. This registered class is suitable for former competitive swimmers or swimmers training for a triathlon. Swimmers should be able to swim 100 metres continuously.
