A special grouping of works from an important Vancouver private collection will be featured in an online auction presented by Heffel and benefiting three deserving organizations.
The YMCA of Greater Vancouver, Ballet BC and Food Stash Foundation are joining forces for the first time as beneficiaries recognized for doing important charitable work in the Vancouver community. The auction will run through Heffel’s Online Auction Partnerships (HO2) platform from August 9 until August 23, 2022. Consignor proceeds from two subsequent art auctions from the same collection, to take place in November 2022, will further benefit the three organizations.
Fantastic examples by a number of prominent artists highlight the sale which features more than 40 works, including E.J. Hughes, Robert Pilot and Gordon Smith among many others, reflecting this collector's passion for art, culture and creativity.
There is strength in coming together to help enrich local communities and advance the health and wellness of people and families in need. The YMCA, Ballet BC and Food Stash have heard from donors the interest to have charities collaborating to create even more significant and lasting impact. The organizations are grateful to this private donor for their vision in connecting us and supporting our important work and initiatives in the community.
