We start with a 30-minute consultation. Visit us at the membership desk or fill out the form online on our website to send through an enquiry. Give your availability to train and we can then pair you up with a trainer.
This is a complimentary sit-down session with one of our trainers. It generally involves some questions relating to your lifestyle and goals and gives you a broader idea of whether one-on-one training is something that would suit you.
5 pack of sessions - $350 ($70 per session)
10 pack of sessions - $650 ($65 per session)
15 pack of sessions - $900 ($60 per session)
The new model rewards our long-term, repeat clients. Rather than put on discounts once or twice a year and clients load up with a discount, this provides the opportunity for consistency in training and gives both the client and the Y a better opportunity to plan for future months of training.
Yes, if you are a regular long-term client, you have the opportunity for a discount. If you purchase a 15 pack of sessions before your current 15 pack expires, you receive one free session (a 16th session).
Email is the best way to contact your trainer once you have completed your consultation, arranged your first training, and paid for your sessions.
Make sure you re-schedule more than 24 hours before your booked session as per the cancellation policy. You can then work with your trainer to find a date that works best.
There is no obligation to purchase a package once you have a consultation. The Y offers free workouts online through our Y-Thrive and Y-Home platforms that you can use as an alternative.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.
Yes, all sessions expire six months from the date of purchase.
