Day Camp.
Keep your kids active and happy this summer while helping them grow and learn! Campers ages 6*-12 spend fun-filled days doing activities like arts & crafts, sports and games. Campers also enjoy global education, literacy programming, hands-on science workshops and Play it Fair games that promote respect and cooperation.
Operating across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley, the YMCA has a variety of day camp options to help kids have fun all summer long.

Operating out of YMCA Camp Elphinstone, our Outdoor Education program gets elementary and high school students active and learning outdoors. With fresh air, open skies and a diverse ecosystem, the B.C.’s Sunshine Coast is an ideal environment for experiential education.
Programming is customized for each group and designed to fulfill BC Ministry of Education prescribed learning outcomes.

With an emphasis on building independence and personal development, campers gain confidence in the overnight camp setting. Campers learn new skills and challenge themselves with many traditional camp activities like canoeing, archery, and ropes courses. From specialized sailing or out-tripping camps to shorter introductory sessions for little ones, we have something for everyone.
All YMCA overnight camp programs, including Family Camp, take place at Camp Elphinstone on the Sunshine Coast.
